i.e 1) I want to get to the root cause of my suspected hormonal imbalance since I've felt like I've checked off all of the other boxes in terms of optimizing my lifestyle but want to get clear on hormones. 2) I want to get data around my cortisol levels throughout the day since I've been going through some work & family stress. 3) I want to understand and improve my digestive function and workout recovery.
i.e. 1) I know that I need to prioritize nutrient-dense foods and incorporate movement, but I feel lost in my health routine and want more accountability and support when it comes to building habits with supplements, meals, handling life's stress, and movement. 2) I've tried other diets and I have diet fatigue. 3) I feel off and just not sure what it is - I'd like to get clear on that.
